Homeopathy for the stressed out farmer

“I feel that this workshop is very well timed!! Book NOW to avoid disappointment. I promise it will be a very valuable couple of hours. Managing stress and our emotional balance is one of my favourite subjects - especially as life has placed me in that zone for the last 30 years!”
- Sara Kernohan, Homeopath and Complementary Healthcare Practitioner

To be truly healthy, all aspects of the farm must be considered, including the health and wellbeing of those who work and/or live there.

This webinar, presented by Sara Kernohan, a homeopath with a background in mental and emotional support, is aimed at farmers (and their families) who, by the very nature of the farming lifestyle, often put their own health and wellbeing last.

However tough, organised and competent we are, life often deals us the unexpected, and shock, grief, worry, or exhaustion can affect us all - often completely out of the blue. Homeopathy can help restore balance in many of these instances and Sara shares her lifetime of work experience helping people overcome emotional trauma including PTSD.

This webinar also features Rafe Nauen, a retired dairy farmer who joins Sara in conversation to share his personal experience of mental and emotional stress.

This webinar will cover:

  • Homeopathic remedies for a range of stresses, including:

  • Shock

  • Grief

  • Mood Swings

  • Loss of Confidence

  • Exhaustion and Overwhelm

  • Sadness and Depression

  • How to select remedies for yourself (and family)
